We bill in 15-minute blocks at 100 $/h. We send a written quote before any work begins, and a written summary after.

Do you charge for an estimate?

Never. The first conversation is free, by phone, text, or email. The 50 $ starting rate only begins when we arrive at your door.

What if you can't fix it?

If we can't repair something on-site, we'll tell you honestly — and either advise on replacement or take it away for shop work, only with your written go-ahead.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Our team is fluent in both French and English — the entire visit, every document, every email can be in either language.

Can a family member be on the call?

Absolutely. We're happy to loop a son, daughter, or carer into the conversation by phone or video.

Are you insured?
